Description
This is an intermediate upgrade line of the Fox 330 oboe for an advancing student. It is considered modified conservatory only because it doesn’t have a split ring D, or 3rd octave key. This oboe IS keyed to low Bb.
Manufactured in 2008, this oboe includes all standard trill keys, left F and has a tab extension on the F# key for ease of playing. The silver plate is in excellent condition — like NEW.
The manufacturing with a majority of cork pads also requires LESS maintenance because cork withstands temperature changes and regular use.
A general overhaul was done to put in good playing condition. The oboe was adjusted and cleaned. It may need slight adjustments after shipping to your location due to temperature and travel.
This is a really solid playing, sounding and resilient instrument. This Fox 330 oboe is placed in a strong/solid case with outside zipper pocket and inside pockets for extra reeds and tools.
